Day 3
London: This morning students learned their way around town via a guided bus tour. We filled three large charter buses, and saw much of London through the large windows of the buses. We stopped at several landmarks throughout the morning, including St. Paul's Cathedral, a memorial to Prince Albert, and a walk across the Millenium Bridge, a new-ish pedestrian walkway over the Thames that connects the St. Paul's Cathedral area to the Tate Modern museum. After a quick bite to eat, classes met for the first time, and students started learning - London style!
