Yesterday the Bradley group in London (all 30+ of us) invaded the British Museum's restaurant for high tea. We sipped aromatic rose petal tea from dainty mugs and enjoyed clotted cream with raisin scones before we were whisked off to Victoria Palace theater to see Billy Elliot, the most celebrated musical in London. I think I speak for everyone in saying that I didn't think a musical about a 12 year old boy in a mining town who wants to be a ballet dancer could be so emotionally intense and so....relevant.
